What is going on here ?
Hi there!
First off, I would like to state that I am a one man business. Creating, ordering prints, shipping, packing, painting, varnishing etc. is done all by myself.
This makes it very personal for me and therefore I am of course able to talk to you personally at ART@SIELART.COM .
So don't hesititate to write me if you have any questions.
What are the Danish Kroner prices ?
DKR. Prices -
Might vary slightly due to exchange rates:
POSTER 29.7 x 42 cm = 650 DKR.
POSTER 70 x 50 cm = 800 DKR.
POSTER Original Size = 3500 DKR.
CANVAS Original Size = 6500 DKR.

How do i buy some of this strange artwork ?
It’s super easy and safe to place an order on my website.
Simply navigate to my SHOP to see which orignals are still available or have a look at the total selection. You can also choose a specific series that you would like to see.
When you come across an item you like, then hit the ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button.
Once you’re ready to checkout, click the CART button situated in the bottom right corner of the website on desktop and mobile and follow the on-screen instructions through the checkout process to pay.
You will then recieve an order confirmation to your email and another email once the order is packed and ready for shipping!
I accept most major credit and debit cards via ‘Stripes’ and I also accept ‘apple-pay’ - It is all very safe and secure.

Can I change the prices to my own currency?
As of right now, it is not possible to change the currency.
This is due to limitations of where the website was build.
Right now the shop uses EUROS since the majority of customers are within europe.
The bank that has issued your credit card, determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is, then use the link below:
I received the wrong item or The item is damaged.

My payment didnt go through what should i do ?
Review your payment information, check billing and shipping address and try again. If the problem continues then please send me an mail at art@sielart.com and I will get back to you asap.
Where can i read your Terms of service, Return policy or shipping information?
Please check the bottom of the ‘ SHOP ‘ page to view the terms and service and return policies. They will also be shown just before checkout.
And you know what ? I’ll link them right here too!
I highly recommend you giving them a read.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The item I wanted is sold out, will you restock ?
Some items sell out quickly, since the items are limited they will not restock!
I might have made a mistake, Can i cancel the purchase ?
You can, but you better be quick, because I process orders fast, so please send me an e-mail asap at : art@sielart.com or call me at : 0045 29311343 within max 4-5 hours of placing your order, if you wish to cancel or amend it.
And if you would like to add another item to your order after it has been completed, you will have to place a separate order.
